The management team and the skilled employees of Citizens Transfer & Storage Co., Inc. consistently provide professional, efficient and high quality services, meeting the specific needs of each individual customer. Citizens Managers Code of Conduct


Below is a brief description of the responsibilities and obligations of every manager that works for Citizens Transfer. Every manager is expected to perform the following duties, act in a respectful manner and or conduct themselves according to the guidelines during working hours.

Perform Reviews – Every manager is expected to perform semi-annual reviews on all employees that directly report to them.

Setting Goals – Every manager is expected to set goals for themselves and their division every quarter. All goals should be based on resolving issues that have a direct impact on their division or the company.

Mini-Games – Every manager is expected to develop mini-games every quarter that coincide with their goals.

Discipline Employees – Every manager is expected to discipline employees on a consistent and equal manner with professionalism for every employee who directly reports to them when necessary.

Documentation – Every manager is expected to investigate and document all issues that arise for their division.

Hire and Firing of Employees – Every manger is expected to hire and fire employees as needed according to all state and federal guidelines.

Great Game of Business – Every manager is expected to conduct themselves according to the business model of the GGOB when ever making financial decisions for their division and the company.

 

Budget – Every manager is expected to prepare or assist in preparing their division’s budget on an annual basis.

Forecasting – Every manager is expected to forecast all financial responsibilities assigned to them on a weekly basis, report them in writing or orally to the accounting department and attend the regularly scheduled meetings.

Managers Meetings – Every manager is obligated to attend the monthly managers meetings and be prepared for those meetings.

Foot printing – Every manager is obligated to discuss challenges they face within their division on a weekly basis with their peers and be open-minded to resolve these challenges.

Cooperation – Every manager is expected to cooperate with other divisions, the managers of each division and the employees in the division on a fair and consistent basis for the betterment of the company.

Open Door Policy – Every manager is expected to have an open door policy for all employees that directly report to them and is obligated to the confidentiality of their employees.

Mentor – Every manager is expected to be a mentor of standards and company rules at all times to their division, employees and the company.
